• Schedule and conduct property showings to provide clients with a seamless home viewing experience.

• Support agents with day-to-day tasks in the transaction process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain organized records of client interactions and property showings.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends to offer clients up-to-date insights.
• Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials to promote property listings effectively.

• Active Real Estate License.
• Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless coordination.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and a willingness to stay informed about local developments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and property showings.
