About the Practice

The E&I team handles the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects, from initial development through financing, M&A, and operations. This position will focus on the real estate components of transactions for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and battery storage. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise on:

• Site control, diligence, and real estate documentation in energy project development.
• Title and survey review and analysis
• Real estate aspects of project M&A, tax equity, and debt financings.
• Supporting developers, sponsors, and investors across various asset classes.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate law, with a preference for candidates with exposure to energy or infrastructure-related projects.
• Strong understanding of title and survey review and the ability to provide practical guidance to clients.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Interest in the energy sector and in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
