Job Title: Real Estate Attorney

Location: Bothell, WA (Hybrid)

• Our client, a well-established law firm based in Normandy Park, WA, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 1 year of legal experience to join their team. The firm handles a wide variety of real estate and construction-related matters, providing personalized legal solutions to clients throughout Washington. Responsibilities:

• Handle legal matters involving commercial and residential property disputes
• Advise clients on business real estate transactions and development issues
• Represent clients in construction and construction defect litigation
• Manage cases involving HOA disputes, land use, and property rights
• Resolve boundary, easement, zoning, and building code conflicts
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and appear in court as needed
• Maintain a client-focused approach and manage a diverse caseload independently

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Washington State
• 1+ years of experience practicing in real estate law, litigation, or construction law
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a reputable law firm
