Quality Improvement Specialist

 

Must reside in or near the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO area

 

Starting Pay: $58,000 - $63,000/year | On-Demand Pay | Full Benefits Package

What You'll Do 

• Collaborate with local teams to identify areas for improvement and provide hands-on guidance during process changes.
• Review and analyze incident reports, then prepare easy-to-understand summaries for management to drive action.
• Track progress toward quality goals by collecting, organizing, and interpreting key data points.
• Lead engaging training sessions on incident reporting and quality standards for staff across your region.
• Conduct on-site audits, checking documentation and practices to ensure readiness for licensing and certification reviews.
• Investigate incidents or concerns, gathering facts and interviewing staff to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Work closely with operations to implement and monitor new strategies, following up to confirm positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near the Columbia/Jefferson City, MO area
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in quality improvement or a related social services field.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A true commitment to quality and continuous improvement in everything you do.
