Pattern Promotions We are seeking a passionate and skilled Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Public Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. You will work closely with senior public relations staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance our visibility and reputation. 

• Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, articles, and other communications materials as needed.
• Coordinate and manage media inquiries and requests for information.
• Maintain and update media contact lists to build strong relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and report on trends and public perception of the organization.
• Organize and support events, press conferences, and promotional activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and reporting techniques.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and online communications.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
