We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Public Relations Assistant to join our outreach and event promotion team. This hands-on position provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in brand communications, PR strategy, and event support while contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven initiatives that make a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our organization at community events, pop-up campaigns, and outreach initiatives as a public-facing team member.
• Effectively communicate key messages and promote our mission to diverse audiences with enthusiasm and warmth.
• Assist with event logistics, including setup, coordination, and breakdown, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with event attendees, local partners, and community stakeholders.
• Distribute marketing materials, respond to inquiries, and facilitate positive public interactions.
• Collect participant feedback and support improvements in public messaging and event operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Internship, volunteer, or campus experience in PR, community outreach, or event coordination is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments.
• Passionate about public engagement, cause-driven work, and relationship building.
