We’re seeking creative, purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Public Relations & Communications Assistants . Whether you’re a recent grad, career starter, or changemaker looking to build a career with impact, this role is your entry point into a rewarding field.
🔹 What You’ll Do:As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant , you’ll play a vital role in campaign strategy, execution, and community engagement—from planning grassroots events to promoting cause-based campaigns across public platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing grassroots PR and marketing campaigns
Coordinate and support community events, pop-ups, and outreach activations
Represent nonprofit partners and socially conscious brands to the public
Create and manage promotional displays and branded materials at events
Track campaign metrics: attendance, engagement, feedback, and reporting
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and collaborators
Identify and pitch new community outreach opportunities
Support PR/Marketing Managers in enhancing campaign visibility and results

Ideal Candidates Are:
Strong communicators (written & verbal) with a professional presence
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Comfortable in public-facing, fast-paced environments
Passionate about nonprofits, communications, and community advocacy
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma required; college coursework in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
