Property Maintenance Asheville, NC Pay From: $20 Per Hour MUST: The Property Maintenance candidate should have the following: Experience working onsite for an apartment complex or residential development 1+ year of property maintenance, handyman work, painting or related field Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs Comfortable utilizing mobile apps or work order systems Certifications are a plus Must have a valid driver s license DUTIES: The Duties of the Property Maintenance candidate include but are not limited to the following: Provide maintenance/handyman support on the property including apartments Handle repairs including plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance Ensure residences/ properties are ready for move ins Handle painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Handle preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are in working order Work with the property management team to prioritize repairs and handle various upkeep projects Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
