Job Description:
As a Project Manager at APG, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget for our Security Division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • FASA/BASA certified, Additional BICSI certification preferred but not required.
  • Computer Literate, Familiar with Accubid.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Security.
  • Familiar with Design and Installation of security and building access components and assemblies.
  • Familiar with job cost, burden and overhead.
  • Able to create and follow job schedules and execute purchases of materials and supplies.
  • Able to manage and support field and office subordinates.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
