• Base Salary for PROJECT MANAGER – PULP & PAPER is: $95k - $140k
• Total Cash Compensation is: Base Salary + Profit Sharing Target %
• Salary based on relevant experience, strengths and requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide process technical support in the paper mill in solving day-to-day problems.
• Collaborate with all departments to assess the plants’ processes and share expertise to trouble-shoot and improve current procedures.
• Conduct continuous improvement projects in quality, productivity, and cost by using scientific and statistical methods.
• Assist with analysis, evaluation and recommendations with capital projects, commissioning of new equipment and all other tasks that require advanced technical support.
• Support the team in preventative and predictive maintenance work through innovative projects in engineering.
• Implement standardized manufacturing practices while implementing equipment management best practices.
• Manage capital projects and engineering projects with funding and without.
• Work within teams to utilize best manufacturing engineering practices to support innovative solutions

  RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

• Understanding and expertise with programs such as CAD, Solidworks and Microsoft projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• Ability to influence and engage employees to support change and engineering processes to improve the operations

  REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience in projects and processes.
• Experience with maintenance planning & Computerized Maintenance Management Software. (SAP preferred)
