Program Manager – Brand Content (Remote)
Pay Rate : $51 - $55/hour, 8:00 – 5:00, 40 hours per week
Location: Remote to Des Peres, MO with core hours 9:00 – 3:00 Central Time
Length: July 21, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with possible extensions or full-time employment
VisionCor Solutions partners with leading organizations to deliver exceptional solutions. Join our team and support our client’s projects. We are currently seeking a Program Manager – Brand Content to work as a part of our client’s brand content team.
Duties:
The Program Manager – Brand Content will oversee the successful execution of strategic content initiatives across marketing and brand communications. They will coordinate efforts between various projects and cross-functional teams, aligning execution with broader organizational goals. The individual in this role will not manage specific projects directly but will guide the program holistically through strategic planning, delegation, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
· Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with the client’s brand and marketing objectives
· Coordinate and track content planning for national and regional campaigns
· Schedule and facilitate meetings with outside agencies and internal stakeholders
· Support preparation and documentation of outcomes from content summits
· Maintain documentation of team processes and manage content in the Brand Portal
· Lead program assessment activities to ensure satisfaction, quality, and performance standards are met
· Manage budget, invoices, and funding channels to maximize productivity and ROI
· Track content activities using Workfront; ensure consistent progress and timely deliverables
· Work with project sponsors, assigned project managers, and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and required resources
· Identify key requirements across internal and external partners and coordinate deliverables accordingly
· Collaborate with other program managers to mitigate risks and identify opportunities across multiple initiatives
· Produce reports and insights for management and stakeholders, drawing from content performance and audience trends
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
· Over 5-years of experience in Program Management, preferably in financial services or a marketing/advertising agency
· Strong leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills
· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
· Proactive approach with confidence leading strategic discussions and cross-functional meetings
· Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders across various functions
· Experience managing omnichannel brand content and digital platforms
· PMP certification is highly preferred but not required
· Familiarity with marketing agency workflows and financial services industry a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (for tracking and management), and Workfront project management software
· Experience with Acquia (digital experience platform) and social media platforms is a strong plus
A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal direction effectively, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and translate audience trends into actionable strategies. They will demonstrate confidence in leading meetings, be comfortable owning content strategy discussions, and excel at building alignment across teams and leadership.
