Job Description
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 4:30AM-1PM, Tuesday-Saturday. Sunday and Monday are off days.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production/Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily production and warehouse operations, including material handling, product assembly, packaging, and shipping. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate basic production equipment and assist in manufacturing processes
Load and unload materials, products, or supplies using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and 5S guidelines
Track inventory, move materials to designated locations, and assist with stock rotation
Support machine operators and production leads as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in production or warehouse environment a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and measurement skills
Good attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
