Job Summary:

The Printer Support Technician will be responsible for monitoring printer orders, providing customer support, delivering products, and assisting with day-to-day technical and physical tasks as needed. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the physical ability to handle equipment and navigate a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, service-oriented, and capable of working independently or across various locations as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track printer orders daily
• Contact internal teams or users for support and coordination
• Deliver printer products and supplies as needed
• Provide basic technical support for printer-related issues
• Assist with general duties and fill in wherever needed each day
• Maintain a professional and service-focused demeanor
• Travel between sites (if applicable); non-drivers will remain at one site
• Adhere to safety procedures and ensure accurate delivery and setup

Required Skills:

• Basic technical skills with printers and related equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Physically capable of extensive standing, walking, and lifting
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist in various capacities depending on daily needs

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in printer/copier maintenance or technical support
• Prior experience in a customer-facing support role

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
