The Opportunity Rolling Suds operates 90+ locations nationwide, and we're one of the fastest growing sites in the entire network. We're expanding our elite team and need an experienced Lead Technician who can drive results, lead by example, and help us dominate the East Bay market.

Your Mission Lead a small, high-performing team to deliver exceptional commercial power washing services while maintaining our reputation for quality and efficiency.
Must-Have Experience - Power/Pressure washing OR window washing experience (non-negotiable)
- Truck driving to multiple job sites daily
- Team leadership and crew management
- Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Client-facing communication and problem-solving
