• Pay Rate: $20.99–$21.00 per hour
• Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (Avg. 38.75 hours/week)

Job Summary: The Policy Services Specialist supports the ML Operations business unit through a variety of standardized administrative and support tasks . This role handles policy servicing, routine inquiries, and internal documentation with occasional confidential materials. It offers hands-on training and continuous mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide processing support to the business unit and ensure timely, accurate reporting to external parties.
• Prepare reports, legal notices, and correspondence.
• Offer occasional telephone and administrative support .
• Maintain internal documentation including Excel spreadsheets and outgoing mail.
• Uphold the integrity of policy support documentation .
• Collaborate with internal team members on assignments.
• Deliver excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Prior exposure to the insurance industry.
• Continuing education credentials.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Skills:

• Customer service mindset
• Experience working with policy or legal documentation
• Ability to collaborate with management and cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Professional demeanor and energetic personality

Additional Skills:

• MS Access (a plus)
