We are looking for a dedicated Policy Service Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to clients and insurance carriers by managing administrative tasks and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on application statuses and follow up with carriers within specified timelines.
• Accurately process and review incoming leads, ensuring all application details are complete and properly documented.
• Manage shifting priorities and contribute to special projects or initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications to maintain client records, generate reports, and track tasks.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, offering solutions to resolve any issues effectively.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail while processing information and updating records.
• Consistently represent the company’s values by maintaining excellent communication and professionalism in all interactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks, processes, and technologies.
