Job Summary:
Do you have great attention to detail, a knack for research and data, and a love of communication? We are looking for a skilled and competent Policy Manager to work in the St. George, Utah area.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a priority list of policies to be written
Get approval on the policy priority list from the CEO
Coordinate with those who know how to create policy
Continually update the policy priority list
Write and propose Balance of Nature policy for approval
Meet weekly with the CEO to obtain policy approval
Keep the Issue Authority Director updated so they can plan accordingly
Ensure all trackers are updated, including the Master Policy List
Verify that team members have read their assigned policies for their stat updates as requested

Pay: $18–$23 an hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
