Pizza Chef – Gourmet Market & Restaurant

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

 

Are you a seasoned pizza pro with a passion for consistency and quality? A well-established gourmet market and restaurant is looking for a  skilled Pizza Chef to run a high-volume pizza station in a fast-paced, back-of-house environment.

This confidential search is being conducted by  Gecko Hospitality , and we’re seeking someone who knows their way around dough, ovens, and busy kitchen lines.

Your Mission:

As the Pizza Chef, you’ll be responsible for executing consistent, high-quality pizzas in a fast-moving kitchen. You’ll manage prep, maintain your station, and support BOH operations with precision and speed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to spec in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pizza station.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and quality standards.
• Assist with prep and kitchen organization as needed.
• Uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen, specifically with pizza production.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently.
• Solid understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.

 

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay: Up to $20+/hr (based on experience)
