About the Job:
We seek an experienced Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and processing of blood specimens for serum preparation.
• Provide a compassionate and professional experience for patients.
• Maintain sterile techniques and follow safety protocols in compliance with CLIA and OSHA regulations.
• Accurately enter and verify patient information in our HIPAA-compliant system .
• Collaborate with our laboratory team to facilitate same-day processing .
• Assist in inventory management of phlebotomy supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Requirements;

• Certified Phlebotomist (CPT) with valid licensure and familiarity with PRP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy (preferred, but not required).
• Strong venipuncture skills with the ability to draw blood from a variety of patients.
• Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and proper specimen handling.
