As a trusted advisor, you'll build strong relationships with individuals and families, guiding them through their financial journey-from opening accounts to planning for the future. You'll use your expertise to recommend tailored banking solutions, educate clients on products and services, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop lasting client relationships through personalized financial guidance
* Assist customers with everyday banking needs and account management
* Identify opportunities to promote products such as loans, credit cards, and savings plans
* Collaborate with branch and regional teams to meet individual and team goals
* Stay current on banking regulations and best practices
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A strong customer-first mindset and attention to detail
* Previous banking, sales, or financial services experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
* High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
