Job Description

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PEDS)

Up to $300K base salary + 20% production bonus, yields up to $350K in total compensation
$10,000 Signing bonus
Benefits - 50% of health care premium paid-for by employer, 30 days PTO, $2,000 CME allowance, and 4% retirement-match
Earn a top ‘90 th tile’ pediatrician compensation ~ 2025 MGMA Data.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatrics (PEDS)

A state of the art, private pediatrics practice
Fast-paced energetic set-up offering quality care and fun environment for kids
Addition to the acute care side, practice also offers the only exclusively “Well-Care” building in the state of AL
Monday-Thursday, half Day Friday schedule
Full support from 5 nurse practitioners and other support staff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrics (PEDS)

New PEDS providers out of residency and experienced providers welcome to apply
Board-certified / board-eligible status preferred
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and provide quality patient care

Easy access to 2 major metros - 55 minutes to Birmingham, AL and 90 minutes to Atlanta
