Your Clinical Scope 6-bed PICU with 2 observation beds Level III NICU support Telephone consult available with quaternary care center 45 minutes away Inpatient pediatric floor + ER consults In-house days, home call at night Teaching opportunities with family medicine residents Procedures include: intubations, LPs, line/chest tube placement, CPR 2024 Census: 373 pediatric admits, 85 PICU admits, ADC: 4.1 Subspecialty Support Onsite: Pediatric Surgery, GI, ENT, Anesthesia, Radiology Telemedicine: Pediatric Cardiology Actively recruiting Pediatric Neurology About Summerville Medical Center SMC is a 124-bed acute-care hospital with: South Carolina's busiest Pediatric ER (19K+ visits in 2024) A growing Women's & Children's service line “Home-like” birthing suites and advanced surgical services Why Summerville?
