Job Details Key Responsibilities: Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees across multiple states Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate and timely data entry Interpret and apply union contracts related to payroll deductions and benefits Coordinate with HR and accounting to resolve payroll discrepancies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws Prepare payroll-related reports for internal and external stakeholders Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in the construction industry Familiarity with union payroll processing and prevailing wage requirements Strong knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Viewpoint, or similar platforms) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and reporting Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is a plus Interested in hearing more?
