Position Overview: The Part-Time Outdoor Cultivation Technician supports daily cultivation operations on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is perfect for someone with farming or agricultural experience looking for consistent part-time work in a dynamic and mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Support plant maintenance and health by preforming hands-on cultivation tasks including: Watering Pruning Cleaning Trellising Harvest cannabis plants in accordance with SOPs and compliance standards. Assist with weighing, labeling, tracking, and monitoring plants/materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all workspaces, including fields, greenhouses, and equipment. Operate basic cultivation tools and follow safety procedures in outdoor environments. Follow instructions and collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Work in various weather conditions, standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, agriculture, farming, or related physical labor fields preferred but not mandatory. Availability for 2-4 shifts per week preferred. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions. Punctual, reliable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow strict protocols. Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass any required background checks in accordance with state regulations. Working Conditions: Outdoor conditions year-round (rain or shine). Flexible scheduling; some weekend availability is a plus. Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
