As a Bartender at High Hotels LTD, you will be responsible to accurately take guest orders and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. This position is located at the SpringHill Suites located in Ewing, NJ.

This is a part-time position with shifts from 4:30 PM to 11:30 PM on various days (8-16 hours a week). Weekend and Holiday availability is required.

Weekends include a $2/hour shift premium!

Starting Rate: $14.25/hr depending on experience. Plus tips!

Areas of responsibility for our bartenders include:

• Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Keeping bar area clean in accordance with company standards.
• Maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
• Preparing, mixing and serving drinks to hotel guests directly or through serving staff.
• Developing an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining, room satisfied at all times.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous bartending experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be capable of accurately handling money.
• Reading, math, and communication skills.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
• Adhere to brand and company standards.
