Our established downtown Sarasota law firm is located in beautiful offices and is looking for a key team member to support our managing partner. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a legal assistant to the managing partner. Assist with the preparation of estate planning and corporate documents . Act as a professional point of contact for clients and financial advisors. Prepare and organize document books for client planning. Handle a variety of paralegal and legal assistant duties to support the firm's operations. What We're Looking For: Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are an absolute must. Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits: Significant compensation is offered, commensurate with your experience. This position includes a sign-on bonus.
