Job Details:
This is a need due to team moving into a new system and losing previous workers to other positions. Candidate will work with group of 20 onsite teammates in Cincinnati and the garnishment team of about 18 in another location. All groups they will work with are spread out in different locations, but all internal interactions via email, Teams, or face to face.
Candidate will handle the back end of garnishment levies, child support orders, as well as the review of PDF files and combining them by making sure correct information is there and creating cover pages before dropping in folder to send to another group. They will also be working on data entry, inputting information from orders into system so that the Processors can come behind them to finish. They will be looking up information and verifying it is in ticket utilizing a data base system offered by Deluxe. They will be expected adhere to goals and to complete all orders assigned to them, as manager will gauge what is possible to be completed for that day.
Preferred Skills
Someone with previous law experience in any capacity.
Required Skills:
Attention to detail is necessary for this role.
Entry level Banking experience that surpasses customer service only.
Basic Microsoft Office experience
Performs legal and regulatory research and analysis for attorneys. Prepares various legal documents. Prepares subpoenas, depositions, and records. Prepares disposition, trial, and hearing instruments. Reviews Federal, State, and Local rules concerning procedure. Documents regulatory and compliance issues and files related regulatory reports. Collects data and prepares reports. Prepares correspondence to clients, counsel, and courts. May appear in court as an expert witness on behalf of the organization regarding our records. Senior position provides analysis, assistance and recommendations in defensive litigation cases.
