Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Order Data Specialist to join their team. As an Order Data Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting the transition from Oracle to SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Data Specialist

Location: Quincy, IL

Pay Range: $21.50

What's the Job?

• Monitor and manage the order interfaces between SAP and Oracle to ensure seamless data transfer and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or errors in order processing between platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to support the transition of manufacturing facilities from Oracle to SAP.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to address order-related challenges during the transition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the order interfacing process and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Technical related field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal and external contacts effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Oracle platforms, particularly in order management and data interfacing.
• Familiarity with ERP system transitions is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
