Oracle APEX Technical Support The Oracle APEX Developer shall provide the following support: Continue development & testing of Zero-Based-Resource-Allocation (ZBRA)/Budget Administration Services Ensemble (BASE) activities which support “budget” & “procurement” integration enhancement activities prioritized by Government staff. Support FFD and the UFMS team with annual, CR, or special Budget loads, as applicable. Troubleshoot and mitigate/resolve reported issues (as prioritized by Government staff); Generate and maintain overall ZBRA/BASE architecture; design and build the “back-end” database and data structures. Design/code the functions/procedures for the application. Design and build data-driven interactive web-based applications using Oracle APEX. Design and conduct development-level testing and support demonstrations and training activities for ZBRA/BASE deliverables (as prioritized by Government staff); Architect, design and build prototype applications as proofs-of-concept or to demonstrate enhanced functionality. Oracle Application Express (version 5.1 or higher) development experience. Provide input that the demonstrates that the candidate meets/exceeds the requirements. Working knowledge of Oracle DDL syntax and PL/SQL language. Provide input that the demonstrates that the candidate meets/exceeds the requirements.
