The role of Operational Excellence Technician involves ensuring process efficiency, standard compliance, quality assurance, documentation, equipment maintenance, continuous improvement, and overall safety.

Based in Miami, FL, this position caters to our Life Sciences and Diagnostics departments with an onsite working arrangement.

Your Contribution:

• Following established methods and procedures to analyze data and derive solutions effectively.
• Engage in troubleshooting processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments, interacting with the likes of QC, QA, Development, Marketing, and Engineering.

What We Look For:

• A high school graduate (or equivalent) with over two years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Efficacy in following detailed instructions within dynamic settings is essential.
• Command over MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and email communication.

Beneficial Experience:

• Prior work in FDA/ISO regulated laboratory conditions is desirable.
• Ability to remain standing for prolonged periods and to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in English communication.

The hourly rate for this position is $29.18, subject to change over time. Bonuses and incentives are part of the package, alongside comprehensive benefits.
