Operating Partner - Immediate Hire

Asana Operating Partner, with ownership and profit sharing, you will oversee customer service, bar, and kitchen operations to ensure our guests have a delicious and fun experience with a new emerging brand! By leading the team, you can grow sales through local store marketing and exceptional service. Previous Full-Service Management Experience is a must. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Work efficiently with the team, setting the pace
• Communicate effectively with all levels of store staff
• Supervise training for team members
• Participate in hiring and recruiting through various channels
• Prepare the store for guests by opening and/or closing
• Motivate team members and uphold company culture
• Lead shifts, drive sales, and maintain quality standards
• Oversee shift labor and ensure staff utilization
• Handle cash, reconciliation, and credit card procedures
• Manage inventory and orders

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of 3rd party delivery provider systems
• Experience in local area marketing and social media promotions
• Proficiency with computers, smart technology, and 3rd party applications
• Previous Full-Service Management Experience is a must!
• Knowledge of bar management and craft beer

Hours may vary, including nights and weekends. The average work week consists of 50 hours over 5 days, with occasional additional hours as needed.
