At Home Harmony delivers high-quality, in-home geriatric care through an innovative, integrated model. Based in Richmond, were a rapidly expanding provider of home-based primary care, long-term care pharmacy services, advanced dementia support programs and in-home personal care services. Our mission is to help medically complex seniors remain safely at home while supporting their caregivers every step of the way.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to lead day-to-day administrative operations and provide essential support across HR, finance, facilities, and general operations. This is a key role in helping our growing, mission-driven team operate efficiently and stay connected - both in-office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Monitor labor law compliance and support employee relations
  • Lead internal policy development and company-wide communication

Finance & Accounting:

  • Support accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reimbursements
  • Assist with monthly reporting, benefits reconciliation, and budget tracking
  • Manage vendor invoicing and coordinate business licensing

Office & Operations Management:

  • Manage main office facilities and support satellite locations
  • Ensure smooth operations for remote team members
  • Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, licenses, and subscriptions
  • Maintain vendor relationships and operational infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, human resources or administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Self-starter with proven follow-through and discretion
  • Comfortable working with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or medical office setting
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, onsite in Richmond with potential for hybrid schedule in the future
