ABOUT US:

• Innovare is a leading provider of commercial office furniture and workspace solutions. We specialize in delivering high-quality products with exceptional service, from planning and delivery to installation and support. We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Furniture Installer to join our team. 

POSITION SUMMARY:

• As an Office Furniture Installer, you will be responsible for delivering, assembling, and installing a variety of office furniture systems at client sites. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Travel is required and may include nationwide assignments based on client locations. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver and install office furniture (desks, chairs, cubicles, shelving, etc.) 
• Read and interpret floor plans, assembly instructions, and layout drawings 
• Disassemble, move, and reconfigure furniture as needed 
• Ensure all products are assembled safely and correctly 
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment 
• Report any damages, defects, or issues to the supervisor 
• Drive and operate a 26-foot box truck safely to and from job sites 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in furniture installation or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods 
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools 
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
