Job Description And Duties
Under the supervision of the Riverside South East Child Care Office Regional Manager or designee, the Office Assistant (Typing) performs general clerical support functions: provide efficient & timely license processing services, typing general correspondence & other types of materials.
Maintain facility & licensing files
Process mail
Answer telephone & routine inquiries
Supply general information about licensing requirements
Operate various types of office equipment
Perform other clerical duties as required
Special Requirements
The position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications. You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed prior to being hired.
This position is subject to fingerprinting clearance by the Department of Justice.
