Now Hiring: Dispatchers – Full Time & Part Time
Location: Rob’s Towing and Hauling – Bristol, PA
Rob’s Towing and Hauling is looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented dispatchers to join our fast-paced team. We’re seeking both full-time and part-time candidates who can help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Dispatch tow trucks and drivers to calls efficiently
Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and team members
Keep accurate records of calls, jobs, and schedules
Assist with other office and customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn dispatch software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior dispatch, towing, or transportation experience is a plus (but not required)
