Night Shift Supervisor
Kailua, HI | Full-Time | Night Shift
$60,000 - $75,000 annually

We're hiring a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight production and maintenance operations. You'll lead heavy equipment operators and maintenance crews, ensuring safe, efficient performance and smooth handoffs to the day shift. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift personnel in production and maintenance
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for heavy-duty equipment
• Monitor plant performance and maintain output
• Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards
• Maintain detailed shift logs and communicate with day shift leadership
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance Superintendents on priorities

Top Requirements

• Supervisory or lead experience in industrial, quarry, or maintenance environments
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment and crushing plant operations
• Strong communication , decision-making , and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices

Preferred:

• Experience in quarry operations or heavy mechanical repair
• Familiarity with night shift coordination or maintenance scheduling
• Basic troubleshooting of mechanical or plant systems
