About the Role

As the NetSuite Administrator , reporting to the Director of IT , you will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of the organization’s NetSuite ERP system. You’ll collaborate with teams across Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales to ensure NetSuite supports scalable, efficient, and accurate business processes. Your mission is to improve data accuracy, workflow automation, reporting clarity, and ensure the ERP system aligns with the company’s strategic initiatives and growth trajectory.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite ERP across all business functions, ensuring data integrity, appropriate user access, and system reliability
• Partner with finance to support month-end/year-end processes, reporting, and audit readiness
• Design and implement workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and scripts to improve performance and productivity
• Support integration of third-party tools (e.g., Akeneo, Boomi, HubSpot, Logicbroker, Zapier) and ensure smooth data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and work with NetSuite support and external consultants as needed
• Develop training materials and assist end users to drive adoption and efficient use of NetSuite
• Continuously evaluate and enhance NetSuite configurations and processes to meet compliance and scaling needs
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective system solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience administering and configuring NetSuite in complex business environments
• Hands-on expertise in roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, SuiteScript, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Proficient in SQL, CSV imports, role definitions, analytics, JavaScript (JS), and script scheduling
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and database management
• Familiarity with financial reporting and revenue recognition principles
• NetSuite certification(s) preferred
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBilling, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules (GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects, etc.)
• Experience managing upgrades, testing in sandboxes, and rolling out new modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Demonstrated success integrating NetSuite with other SaaS platforms
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and NetSuite SuiteAnalytics (or comparable reporting tools)
