The Lunar Gateway (LGW), a vital component of NASA’s Artemis Program, will serve as a multi-purpose outpost orbiting the Moon that provides essential support for long-term human return to the lunar surface and as a staging point for deep space exploration. CACI is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer to work on Test and Verification (T&V) capabilities for NASA’s Lunar Gateway. Under direct supervision, this position involves end-to-end development: from database maintenance to front-end user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration across all systems. Responsibilities include database maintenance and updates for relational and non-relational databases, developing modern interfaces using ReactJS, implementing data and configuration management capabilities, and engaging in cross-disciplinary collaboration with aerospace engineers, system architects, mission control teams, and system managers. The role requires driving innovation with modern development practices and tools to improve processes while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and traceability of artifacts. The candidate will gain significant exposure to space systems engineering and the verification and validation processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer relationship skills, and a positive team-player attitude are essential. The position is full-time onsite at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX, with no remote work allowed. Qualifications include U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency, a B.S. in Computer Science or related field, 5-10 years of full stack development experience, strong experience with ReactJS, API development, back-end development with Node.js or Python, and excellent interpersonal skills. Desired skills include cloud-hosted database solutions, SharePoint deployment, data and configuration management, and dashboard/data visualization experience.
