Compensation: $105,000-$145,000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits included.

Your Mission: As a Mid-Level Data Scientist, you'll join our data team to solve fascinating problems using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Your insights will help shape the future of our products and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform product strategy and development.
Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to enhance decision-making and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions that address user needs and business goals.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of data science experience with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills.
Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn) to analyze and visualize data effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with deep learning frameworks to enhance model performance and capabilities.
Background in A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses and drive improvements.
