Title: Mental Health Facility Assistant Administrator

Job Duties: Under the supervision of the Administrator (Facility Director) the Mental Health Facility Assistant Administrator will actively learn and gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks, assist in managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, while receiving mentorship and guidance from the Administrator (Facility Director). The Mental Health Facility Assistant Administrator collaborates with the Administrator (Facility Director) on directing and coordinating all aspects of the Center's overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. The Mental Health Facility Assistant Administrator will observe daily administrative tasks, decision-making processes, and interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in recovery-oriented services providing Person served oriented and driven services.
  • Actively has or is enrolled and approaching a minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, Licensed Nurse (LPT, LVN, or RN) or a field related to mental health.
  • A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, at least one of which must have been in a mental health setting, and two or more years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and North America Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) classification criteria and terminology.

About the Campus: Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Northern San Diego County, in the beautiful city of Fallbrook, the "Avocado Capital of the World." We accomplish successful reintegration through various modalities including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$87,360—$93,600 USD
