Position Summary: As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will conduct a variety of laboratory tests, analyze samples, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of test results. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine laboratory tests, including blood, urine, and tissue sample analysis. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it functions correctly and safely. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or testing issues. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest laboratory procedures and protocols. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year of employment. 1+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork.
