Due to growth and expansion, Phinite, Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Technician and an Industrial Technician to join their team in Turkey, NC
- Mechanical Technician applicants should have 3+ years of welding or fabrication experience, and experience with blueprints, gearboxes, and small motors
- Industrial Technician applicants should have 2+ years of industrial maintenance, and experience with conveyors, small motors, and gearboxes

Duties and Responsibilities: Mechanical Technician
- Mechanical work, equipment maintenance, fabrication, and troubleshooting
- Operate trucks and trailers
- Assist with product processing and loading equipment
- Perform fabrication based on instructions or drawings
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support maintenance of robotic mixers, vehicles, and processing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems
- Lead sludge dredging operations
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and fabrication with minimal instruction
Industrial Technician
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment within the plant
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment systems
- Conduct inspections and repairs on electrical motors and conveyor systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with VFD’s and other equipment
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and updates
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols when working with automated systems
