Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both preventative and reactionary maintenance on various machines. Your primary focus will be on mechanical tasks, but you must also have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot effectively.
ResponsibilitiesWe offer a $2500 sign-on bonus and provide free hot dogs, popcorn, and popsicles every day. There are multiple engagement activities, including catering in food. Our Performance Initiative rewards include monthly payouts for perfect attendance, full GDC safety participation, and team performance exceeding 98% delivery standards.
Work EnvironmentThis is an injection molding facility producing plastic buckets and lids. The environment is very clean and climate controlled. The work schedule follows a 2-2-3-2 pattern with options for day shifts from 7am-7pm and night shifts from 7pm-7am. No mandatory overtime is required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fremont, Indiana.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
