Maintenance Technician – Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance , troubleshooting , and repair work on a wide range of industrial equipment , machinery , and building systems to support safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical , electrical , and hydraulic systems , and a commitment to workplace safety , equipment reliability , and continuous improvement .
Schedule:
Full-time , with typical shifts of 12 hours
Evening and night shifts available
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $29.00 – $35.00 , based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance , repairs , and adjustments on various types of manufacturing equipment and building infrastructure .
Diagnose and correct mechanical , electrical , hydraulic , and pneumatic issues; escalate unresolved problems to the shift Team Lead .
Recommend improvements to tooling , prototypes , and fixtures to enhance product quality and production efficiency .
Inspect , maintain , and repair assembly fixtures , trim fixtures , and support equipment to uphold employee safety and product standards .
Adhere to MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) part management procedures, including sign-out and removal documentation.
Rigorously follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all other safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Maintain open and clear communication with supervisors and team members to ensure operational clarity and minimize misunderstandings.
Promote a harassment-free , inclusive , and equitable work environment in alignment with company values.
Comply with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards, including ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
