Job Description LifeSource, Inc. is hiring part‑time or full‑time Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LISW) and Psychologists to provide onsite psychotherapy for residents in Assisted Living Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Decatur/Lawrenceville area and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions to residents in long‑term care settings. Collaborate with the LifeSource clinical support team to document and bill services. Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and case reviews. Maintain accurate patient records within the LifeSource Electronic Health Records system. Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for geriatric mental health care. Requirements GA licensure in LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LISW (or within 4 months of obtaining an LPC with no supervision requirements). Full GA license required on Day 1. For psychologists: PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology with an active GA psychology license or ability to obtain one. Strong communication skills and cultural competence with geriatric populations.
