Title: Logistics Coordinator

Position: Full-time/Hourly Non-Exempt

Reports to: VP – Sales & Logistics

Division: River

Location: Paducah, KY

Job Responsibilities:

• Record freight rates for monthly reports.
• Coordinate with fleets regarding vessel tow assignments.
• Communicate with Logistics Managers/Dispatchers about fleets, vessels, and customers.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry in MCFO.
• Conduct data research to support Leadership and Logistics teams.
• Track and document charter vessel status, including on/off charter and downtime.
• Contact fueling vendors for current fuel and lube prices.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly charts and graphs for Sales, Logistics, and other departments.
• Maintain and update key databases (customers, fleets, barges, vessels, etc.).
• Work weekends as required in rotation (approximately 2 weekends per month).
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
