Join Our Growing Team as the Second Leasing Agent at Stratum!

Location: Eastpark Apartment Homes at 114 Greencrest Street, Salem, OR 97301 Apartments in Salem Oregon | Eastpark Apartment Homes

Property Size: 369 units
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/wk, Saturday through Wednesday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 60 minute unpaid lunch

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE

Cell Phone Stipend: $50/month or $600/year

Bonuses: Eligible for monthly bonuses through Stratum’s Lease-up Incentive Bonus Plan, based on leasing performance, renewals, and resident engagement
Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay

Housing Opportunity: Includes the option to live onsite with a 25% rental discount. Water, sewer, garbage, internet, and parking included.

As our Leasing Agent, you'll be the welcoming face of Eastpark—introducing prospective residents to their new home, guiding them through the leasing process, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

Leasing Agent Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents by learning their needs and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Showcase the property by conducting tours and highlighting community amenities.
• Process applications and prepare move-in and renewal documentation.
• Maintain marketing efforts by updating listings, tracking leads, and creating activity reports.
• Address resident concerns by investigating issues and providing resolutions.
• Ensure property presentation by inspecting common areas, tour paths, and model units.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including community surveys and outreach.
• Support general property operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking for in a Leasing Agent

• Experience: Previous property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Tech: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, email, and other digital tools.
• Interpersonal: Ability to provide outstanding customer service to a diverse range of residents and prospects.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to operate a golf cart and meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds and extended walking or standing.
