Family owned Kitchen and Bath Company located in Hagerstown, MD looking to grow our team with another Lead Carpenter. Our mission is to provide the service we want for ourselves, in the heart of our customer’s home. When it comes to remodeling, we know that the little details and that extra effort to do the right thing can make a big difference. We specialize in the remodeling and new construction of residential kitchen, closet, shower systems, and bath cabinet planning and installation. With a passion for carpentry, we value high quality craftspeople with a persistent quest for perfection.
Job Responsibilities:
· Overall responsibility for the on-site management of installation
· Ensure Customer Satisfaction through pro-active communication
· Review plans and determine if client needs additional pieces to complete job
· Perform cabinet installation on location
· Resolve customer issues/problems
· Maintain jobsite cleanliness
· Develop detailed knowledge of various product lines
Requirements:
· Basic carpentry skills including drywall/demolition/electrical/plumbing work
· Reliable Transportation to and from work and a clean driving record
· Creative problem solving skills
· Full set of quality carpentry tools (larger tools/equipment are provided)
· Detail oriented
· Able to lift 50+ pounds (upstairs at times)
· Available Monday-Friday and OT when needed
· Punctual
· Excellent Attendance
· 3+ Years of installation experience (preferably with cabinets)
