**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Junior Training Developer** to join our team. This position will be located onsite in **Doral, FL.** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Assists senior Training Developers in the creation of training videos and materials for a military audience, working under the guidance of experienced team members + Support operations within an agile-informed Software Development Lifecycle Framework, learning and applying development processes + Assist in consulting with Instructors and subject matter experts to gather instructional requirements and data + Use educational technologies to support various learning modalities under the supervision of Senior Developers + Collaborate with the technical design team to produce media that meets instructional goals and objectives **Minimum Qualifications:** + BA/BS in a relavent field or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree + Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. + Familiarity with different training delivery methods (e.g., classroom, online, blended). + Willingness to learn and use educational technologies and multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). + Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS). **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with instructional design technology (e.g., audiovisual). + Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). + Basic video editing skills. + Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools. CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) (or working toward it). + Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have an active Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
