Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions Write and maintain functional and unit test code Perform code validation using unit tests, security scans, and profiling tools Verify functionality against QA test cases within the development environment Document code, errors, and recovery procedures Troubleshoot and resolve defects throughout testing and deployment phases Collaborate with team members to refine requirements and provide technical insight Requirements Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution Three (3) years of work experience Minimum of two (2) years of advanced, hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, with the ability to customize multi-channel user experiences Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including object-oriented design, data structures, relational database design, and design patterns Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in Agile development environments, including participation in sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other advanced Salesforce certifications strongly preferred Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident Additional Details If you are a dynamic and forward-thinking leader with a passion for driving innovation and collaboration in the public sector, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on government initiatives.
